Our Litigation Funding Products
Third party litigation funding is the funding of a litigation claim by a party that is not a direct party in the litigation. One of the major benefits of third party litigation funding is that it enables litigation to proceed that would otherwise not have been pursued. Our litigation funding products are written on a bespoke basis, so they can be tailored to the Claimants’ case.
Why choose Sparkle Capital?
Quick Application Process
We aim to provide an in-principle decision within 3 working days. Therefore, we do not waste our customers’ time and costs. If an in-principle decision to fund is given, then further due diligence will be carried out. If the process does not raise any major issues, not already disclosed in the original application form, then formal terms will be offered. After this, monies will be available for drawdown within 14 days.
No CFA for Meritorious Claims
Historically, the litigation funding market has only funded cases where solicitors act on a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) or a Damages-Based Agreement (DBA). Additionally, solicitors can only run a limited number of cases on a CFA or DBA basis. This means many meritorious claims are not considered for litigation funding. However, we can fund any claim which has strong legal merits.
De-Risking Litigation
Litigation is not only complex but expensive and risky. Our funding is only available for cases that have the appropriate ATE Insurance (and where applicable Own Sides ATE). We de-risk litigation for claimants, as well as providing a funding solution. Therefore, we ensure that Claimants will not incur any financial loss for losing a claim.
